Thinking about investing in a new PC to operate my accounts. Need some ideas of PCs/Laptops/Tablets, etc. that are working well for others.
It would be nice to operate my accounts while on the go.
What do you guys use?

I use several laptops.
My favorite is the Samsung Series 9. Top of the line configuration.

1st, tell us what kind of set up or computer you currently use.
I had a HP elitebook 8460p but I upgraded to a Levono y410p. The HP is built like a tank, its a business grade laptop, but its very heavy for a 14 inch laptop. So I upgraded to a y410p, much lighter but it has so much plastic.
The HP was much slower than the Lenovo processor wise but both have a SSD hard drive. The SSD hard drive really makes both laptops shine, it makes switching from user account to user accounts much faster.
If you dont have lots of funds, get any cheap laptop. Even one from a Core duo days, install a SSD drive and that should work just perfectly.

I agree.
No matter what laptop or desktop you decide to go with - make sure you switch the Harddrive to a SSD one. It speeds things up a great deal.

Dont look into any Levono or computer, you really need to sit down and make a budget.
I bought both laptops used but in great condition. I upgraded some parts myself when I got them. With the HP I upgraded the processor and hard drive. With the Levono, I simply upgraded the hard drive and extra memory for the empty memory slot for dual channel. But that only works if you are comfortable with upgrading computers. Its not hard.
I will send you to the forums below in the link. If you want a desktop, they have a desktop forums too. This section is for what kind of laptop should you get. The people on there know everything about laptop, the desktop forums are also the same. http://forum.notebookreview.com/what...-should-i-buy/

I need to see how much they are first haha. And I see they're not cheap. I'm not big into changing out hard drives, although I do know how to do it. I like to buy the laptop ready to go.
I really want to stay in the $200-$400 range, I don't need much. Just something with a little speed and that will allow me to change user names fast.
I was even going to look into the HP laptop that you can take the screen off and turn into a tablet.

This is a very interesting thread!
I have always used laptops.
I want to ask somone who would know how user profiles can you put on windows 7 or windows 8?
Because I have 98 user profiles on my computer right now using windows vista and everytime I add one it does not show at all on my login username screen.
So please someone who knows please answer how many user profiles can you put on windows 7 or windows 8?

If you have a 1TB harddrive it is more than likely not a SSD.
Trust me when I say that if you switch it to a SSD youre computer's performance/speed will improve by at least 50%.
Well worth the investment.
