Wow it's messed up how people just walk past when he is quite clearly freezing.

I was touched by the homeless guy giving him his jacket.

It ticks me off to see situations like this, but glad that this man stepped up to help.

It's sad MM78 but what you have to factor in is that a lot of ppl are also scared to get involved...too many situations have resulted in ppl fearing stepping into someone else's reality...sad though
