Default BT email rubbish AGAIN!

Just got the email from BT, wrong login info. Tried several times with this and as usual whenever this happens it kept throwing me out again, same email, wrong login info. This is happening at least once a week now on a regular basis, only on my mobile phone though, which is even more ridiculous, no similar problems with the iPad or laptop.

Last time I couldn't access my emails on my mobile and rang up to get it sorted out, a wise customer service rep got me to download and install the Yahoo email app. Just now I used my same login with that Yahoo app and signed in no problem at all. So clearly the answer is just to login via the yahoo app directly and cut out the middleman, B bloomin T!

Exactly Bunneh, been said often in this forum that area coverage for various types of broadband needs to be checked before deciding to go for a brand, as you have found can be very costly to get out of deals. These companies are very good at tying us into lengthy contracts, mobile phone companies are just about the worst for this, their contracts are all but impossible to get out of without us paying an arm and a leg to change providers.

Lol lucky we found a loophole with Virgin.. Bt has one but only if you moving to an area they cannot supply.

So you stuck with them for 12 months :(
