Thermal printer for macs?
 

Hey everyone!

I created a similar thread to this a little while ago but turns out all the thermal printers discussed only work for windows.

Anyone that has a mac and using a thermal printer???

I'm was so close to buying one so I'm glad I double checked they were only windows compatible, seems like most of the popular ones are.

Just googled this and they are available everywhere over here solefoodbk, if they are that popular over here they will be across the pond with you as well.

Yep was just curious if some users on here already had one they were using. I'd trust reviews on here more than say amazon lol. I'm looking for a single roll thermal printer, probably will decide on one tonight.

YES, I'm here!

I use a dymo 450 Turbo label printer. Works great, been using it three years and never had a problem. I buy copy labels by the box load once a year.

u can always install windows on your mac to solve ALL SOFTWARE compatibility issues that mac seems to have with a lot of good devices/programs

Once you have used a Mac you really wouldn't want to go back to Windows with its bugs, prompts and popping up windows asking if you are sure you want to do this. These days there are no software compatibility problems as their is always a better Mac alternative anyway.
Only thing Windows is good for is playing games.....and we're not playing games here!

so wrong u r ^^^ but won't argue with u. I use a mac for daily use, emails, browse internet, other basic stuff but really anything else i have windows for. don't get me wrong i wouldnt ever use windows as my daily OS again but OSX compatibility isn't where it needs to be yet
