They will be shutdown the same month you buy them, dont waste your time.
Those cowboys create them with programs all through the same IP address. Google just shutdown bulk accounts made at the same time on the same IP.

yes i was just wondering if you did buy them, off who? i get the impression theres no point in them, too much risk

How much is bulk? 10, 50, 100, 500, 50000 accounts?
Might as well just create accounts yourself and include the PP and eBay account creation to that process as well otherwise next thing you want everything bulk.
Not worth it.
