| If you're talking about notifications that you're receiving from possible threads that you replied into or that you made here is exactly what you should do.
First and foremost the very easiest would be to unsubscribe at the bottom of your email and you'll be taken to the forum where you can unsubscribe.
Or you can do, the more complex way of clicking on your name in the top right hand corner, then clicking on statistics, then on the left-hand corner you'll see the post or threads by your name, then at that point choose either one and then you'll see a thing on the right-hand side called thread tool then at that point click on that and you will see unsubscribe.
