Friendly chargeback, did not authorize the charge
 
I just been scammed by this buyer on my own website.
The buyer purchased the product by Visa card.
The delivery address is the buyer's billing address.
I have her ip.
The package was delivered with the buyer signature.
Buyer didn't inform me of any issue and just tell her bank that she did not authorize the purchase.
Has anyone experienced this?

So no big deal.
Reply to the chargeback.
It may be an error also. A lot of people dispute all unrecognized charges. A spouse or an accountant etc...

yankee is right there is alot of reasons this could have happened...i would certianly reply otherwise the case will go dead

This buyer did it on purpose because she doesn't like the product she ordered.
She even said " You can send me a return shipping label so I can get the thing out of my house", I don't know why this item was sent to my house.
But how will Visa decide for this case? The delivery address is the credit card billing address.

Just fill out the forms correctly. Note these things etc..
Stop wasting energy guessing and focus on sales. You can only respond. Nothing else you can do.

Yeah nothing you can do besides answering the forms just make sure to provide as much evidence as possible / such as tracking / pictures etc

Agree with yankee - yes I would be angry too but you have to deal with it. It isn't a rare case, sadly

I have a good news. I have riskified service for a while but it is the 1st time I have a chargeback. (Riskified is a chargeback insurance company). I submitted this chargeback to them and they refunded my money. They will keep the chargeback record in their database to help other merchants to avoid scam in the future.
