Amazon Affiliate program and AVC card question

Hi.I just have a question about the affiliate program of amazon especially the gift card redemption which is 6%.The problem is iam based in Europe and want to join the program in USA because Iam using amazon.com and they ask for some verifications,something like bank account in USA and address in USA .
IS there a chance if i buy some AVC card lets say from the forum I will pass the process of verification .
Anyone using their affiliate program as well .Appreciate any help
