Best VPS Provider

Hi, I am just looking for cheap and reliable Windows VPS Provider

Currently I only use Tagadab but 1000mb 35gb server there costs 17.99 incl. VAT

What providers do you use?

I am interested in VPS only, no VPN

"Cheap" and "reliable" are 2 clashing terms, most of the time.

they do VPN as much as I understood, I don't like playing with proxies etc.

It's as solid as you're ever going to get, just stick with VPN from 123. It's built for stealth

well it's easy to fail with VPN and I aren't very experienced with them, VPS is much better in my situation

It's not quite clear where their VPS is based, company is registered in Romania...

I would need only UK based VPS

UK2 is good for UK VPS and VPS CLOUD hosting.

But you must choose customer OS and build your own Window OS.

The best way to have a dedicated IP is to buy a Linux VPS and then make a vpn. $5 or less a month.

I presume you'd get static IP address, but how would you know it's 'clean'?

That is the issue.

No guarantee at all of getting a clean IP.

With the exception of 24vc, the others are in a gray area of safety for stealth.

Options exist if you look hard enough.

Thanks, already using 24vc and usb dongles but would like to explore other options for back up purposes and maintaining 'sleeper' stealth accounts. Would you be so kind let me know these options and where to look?

It's so hard to recommend because when it gets popular, people end up abusing it. Do you research on Google, that's my recommendation.
