| | !!BEWARE!!! New scam online As it's related to eBay I wanted to post it here
Story: Women posted into one of local facebook groups that she is looking for people who got eBay experience and would like to earn extra £500 per month. http://ipix.lt/di/TBEO/lynne.png
After my question about visiting her she have just dissapeared, clearly some kind of scam, I believe that if you would put their item for sale they will buy it themselves from you out of stealth account and after they get their money back of you they would claim it through PayPal. - this is just one theory. |

Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online couldn't say that you shouldn't respond but you must look into everything with caution |

| Bunneh | 10-17-2015 06:05 PM | Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online You could also sell the stuff and give her the money and then she gives ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking and all the claims go against your ebay account while she has the money.. from the way that is worded. |

| Burger Box Man | 10-21-2015 07:10 AM | Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online So I sell an item I dont have. Someone buys it. I send the money to some stranger. And then I never hear from this stranger again.
Meanwhile the buyer opens a case and ebay takes the buyers payment from my own money.
Elaborate, yet so stupid |

Elaborate, yet so stupid | This is one of the reasons that eBay and Amazon do not like dropshipping, even though they technically allow it. There are a lot of scammer out there. And if you happen to be using one of them, then YOU are still responsible for making sure the buyer gets their merchandise or a refund. eBay is not going to care that you got scammed by the dropshipper.
The bottom line is, if you are going to dropship, then you better make damn sure they are legitimate, or it is YOU that will be left holding the bag. |

Elaborate, yet so stupid | Exactly, they are looking for some1 really stupid who would only see £100 profit but wouldn't see any potential risks which will lead to potential loss of £1000-2000 |
Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online Always the gullible audience targeted :( if it's too good to be true...it usually is...scammers |

Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online Sad story but that person should not have access to money - also needs to learn about stealth |
Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online Exactly same scam scenario...Sad that mother of 4 becomes scammer targets... |
Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online Problem is that she just believed what she was told, also she messed up by withdrawing the money out before she got a tracking number.....so she was partially to blame. |

| luckoftheirish93 | 10-26-2015 07:59 AM | Re: !!BEWARE!!! New scam online there used to be loads of these scams on reed jobsite, the funniest one i got is "we have big warehouse and as you have big selling allowance on ebay we use you then send item from warehouse and then send motorbike courier to get money and then pay you"
i would imagine some people aka students or people looking a job would fall for it though unfortunately |
