Beans are actually excellent on fibre +/- protein but when they process it...that's when you get the rough stuff on the system :( like a lot of the plant foods ...when processed...

Black beans taste nasty and I wont be eating them again.

YES! I think that their reputation is a little bit over-hyped, but their sandwiches are good and taste fresh. I also would not classify it as health food, but it is DEFINITELY better than most fast food restaurants.

LaPizzeria Pizza (crappy pizza, but happy memories as a kid)

I go to a huge antique market on Mondays and today is the first time I tried one of those sausages with grilled onions and peppers at this location.

OH MY GOODNESS

Amazing.

Ended up with a great lunch and a van full of antiques to boot.

Today was a great eating and picking day!
