Chipotle bowl with chicken, no beans, brown rice, veggies, medium sauce, cheese, sour cream and lettuce if I'm feeling healthy. Then I get a side of chips and use the the Chipotle bowl as a dip..
It's good! BUT it's a lot of food so I'm always really full afterwards.. uncomfortable fully.

I'm on a NOSUGAR diet.
It's limiting to say the least.
It's all about protein and vegetables.
No sodas, candies, cakes, dairy, refined sugar in any form...
