Btw...have you guys noticed how Long John Silvers really suck now? Back when I was growing up I loved there fish. Now it seems like it is so soaked with grease that it just lays in your stomack like a brick. Yuck!

Btw..I forgot about White Castle's! I always try to grab some when I go back east.

Anything supersize can be bad for you mcdonalds has small size too, they also have salads, grilled chicken wraps, I eat a bigmac every now and then without the fries and the soda which brings it from 1500 calories down to 500 calories.

YEAH BIG MACS! i havent had one of those in a long time.

Del Taco is a fast food chain in the western states and is pretty good if you have the munchies. Not bad for just tacos only too.

As far as pizza goes...Old Chicago is the best!

but michael phelps swims on average...50 laps of the Olympic size pools...that is pretty insane..i dont even think i can do close to 10 a day if i had to o.O
