Can ebay or etsy detect you if you reply from any question by email?

Lets say i have 10 gmail accounts and each one is link to different ebay shop or etsy shop.

Ok my question is, Can they know you are the same person if you reply them via gmail app on the phone???

Do they link you even if your gmail accounts are different?

Can they detect you using the same IP with the different gmail accounts?

I havent used the gmail app itself but gmail is fine for replying to e-mails. Make sure images and beacons are turned off. Gmail is known for not giving up the IP address last I checked...

I had one account open a yr w/o any problems and one only lasted 6 months :[
