Unable to send PM
 

I'm trying to contact a seller on the marketplace to buy an account. But I am getting the following error: "Sorry, you can only send messages to the Marketplace Sellers group until you have 30 posts."

Is there a way around this? The seller I'm trying to contact is Callidus.

If there is no selling thread with the seller's name, it means that person is not selling.
Be careful of what you do.

I have the same issue as you I keep getting the message, "you can only send messages to the Marketplace Sellers group until you have 10 posts." This was not a problem before so it must be new? I know this is an old post (2015) but I was able to contact sellers before and now I can't.

Same goes for me, sometime 10 posts or 30 posts :/

Who is the seller? It could be an issue with the seller account, otherwise I have tested this and contacting marketplace sellers with 0 posts works without issue.

I am having this problem too, which is making it a problem for me to purchase new accounts.

"Sorry, you reached your daily PM Quota of 10 Private Messages Per Day. You may submit another Private Message by 12-30-2017 06:40 PM.

Alternatively, to increase your PM Limit to 10 per day (for new members), you must have 15 quality posts in the forum. The forum will auto bump you at that time (within 30-45 minutes) with increased PM sending limits."

Any way to increase this?

Hi! I just register and when i try to send PM to seller i get this message: "you can only send messages to the Marketplace Sellers group until you have 10 posts.

you need to reply to sellers in their thread, they will then get in touch with you.
No need to get 10 posts.

Who did you try to contact?
