Does anyone know how the math works out and how much the chances are increased to win if you spend 30k like this guy did?

Odds per ticket combination are 1 in 292 million so if this guy bought 30k worth of tickets (2$ a ticket = 15k amount of tickets)...he has 15k worth of chance out of 292 million.

If someone bought 292 million tickets @ 2$ a ticket - s/he would have 100% chance of winning BUT...other people may hold the same ticket combination
