EIN annual taxes

Hi, I have a question, regarding the paragraph "what about taxes?" in the "Tax ID Requirement > Solution: Provide EIN" Section from the stealth book: let's suppose I have to pay 1099k at the end of the year but my PayPal's name is totally different from my real's one, which will be the problem? Is it necessary to have a nickname at least? I mean, what's the real problem by paying the 1099k with a different name which is not my real one?

The 1099K is issued to the tax holder. So if it is an EIN, it goes to your EIN....

No name missmatch possible on a 1099K.
