I mentioned ebates.com a few threads ago (you get a percentage back just for shopping, and it's free!)

Now I want to share Shoprunner. It's similar to Amazon prime in that it's free 2-day shipping, but it's a variety of stores (100's) instead of Amazon.

If you have an american express card, the yearly fee of $ 79 is waived. Completely free.

If it's free, it's for me!

No, they take credit cards.

You don't pay shop runner anything (if you have an american express card. it's complimentary.). You go to the store website and choose shop runner as your shipping option at checkout. So if the store takes paypal, you're good to go. If not, use paypal to buy a prepaid card and pay that way for a year of free 2 day shipping.

For instance, Toys R us takes paypal. Go to the checkout with your item, pay with paypal and choose shop runner as your free 2 day shipping option.
