Does Paypal Block Your Account Even If We Are Not Doing Some Other Sales Websites?

Hello
I want to know this please advise.

Lets say i have 10 etsy stealths accounts, and daily i get around $1000 On sales
I will be doing this on my personal paypal accounts no stealth.

Does paypal block our account if we don't follow rules on other places like etsy?

On etsy is not allowed to have more accounts what if i get $1000 on sales daily.
Does paypal ask anything???

PP may ask if your RATE goes high. Daily $1000 x 365 days projected rate = 365000$ in sales...which is above the 200/20000 limit

Should you not check with the OP as to what country he is using?

So this means i won't have problems if i provide proofs that what im selling?

If is above 200/2000 what can i do?
I want to know because i will have Etsy stealth accounts not paypal stealth
i will use my real paypal account.

you should use differents pp account for each etsy account

In case im not doing nothing ilegal inside paypal.

im working with 3 paypal accounts that are 100% verified no stealth

Will i have problems since i have stealth etsy accounts or paypal does not care if i have stealth paypal accounts?
