Re: Captured/Pending Settlement Authorize.net
Ok, so the case is getting worse. I've got to call the bank month ago to dispute the transaction from the chargeback. And i request to stop any transaction from e-onlinedata / authorize.net. I got my money back. And i called their chargeback departement to solve the problem, i've sent all my proof that i'm not in fault.
Month later i got mail says my account has been credited. It is says temporary credit so i called them again to make sure, and they said everything has been settled because i've got my money back from the bank. But i still waiting for my payment from the buyer, they told me to wait for 30 days for investigation. Then after 30 days i called back to ask where is my payment, but because i request to the bank to stop any transaction from them, so they couldn't send the money, which is make sense.
I though i solved the problem with the chargeback, so i request to my bank to open any transaction for them. I called them back again to tell them they can send me the payment now, and they just told me to wait ANOTHER 30 days for them to investigate why i stop any transaction with them. I know i should yelling on them but i don't want to harm my baby since i'm pregnant now. So i patiently waiting for another 30 days.
Today, i woke up and look in to my bank account, i got ANOTHER chargeback for the same amount. I called their chargeback departement and they said i have to pursue the cardholder, go to the court, file all my documentation, which is ridiculous. Last time they told me eveything has been settled and now they told me that THAT is only temporary credit. I clearly remember they didn't tell me anything what should i do next when i called last time. They have all my document and the proof so why i have to go to the court?
I really don't know what to do right now. Either file a lawsuit to them, OR once again dispute the transaction with my bank and close my bank account and forget the payment that i've been waiting for 2 months already. But if i close my bank account and they try to always charge me, i wonder if it's going to affect my credit score.
I really blind with any legal term. If somebody can give me advice i really appreciate it.
I really don't care with the money anymore. I'm just afraid it will affect my credit score if i closed my bank account but seems like i still have 'debt' with them.
