Will Auto purchase will help us Rank on first page??

Hello Guys
i have about 15 etsy accounts
i want to know if there is a way we can rank faster on first page?

I notice some info claims that if we auto purchase products we will rank our shop on first page related keyword of our product.

Is this true?

I know that i will have to be careful using different ip for each purchase but i just want to know if you guys know something about this.

For Etsy hmm I haven't explored enough of that to know.

But why would people want you to rank ahead of them if they know?
