| No kidding. Watching some ww2 documentaries(with live color film) makes me pretty appreciative of the fact I'm living in this period of human history.
On the otherhand, with emerging nuclear powers threatening strikes on the USA, and simply being aware of how bossy/belligerent the USA is on the modern world stage(Quite a reversal from the pre-WW2 days) and knowing that what goes around comes around (Reciprocation is fundamentally human/simian/mammalian/etc.), I'm not really appreciative of being an American. But, granted, it is my largest market and exporting from Canada would introduce difficulties. Unless someone happens to know how I could ship USPS packages with US shipping rates and near-US Ship times from Canada... |
