Verizon internet coverage
 

I want to move to the woods a bit but I need Verizon wireless internet for easy IP's. I can't believe my livelihood and freedom depends on something so singular.
Should I believe the coverage/signal strength maps provided by Verizon?
My nightmare is to move in and find weak or no signals in my new home for wireless. Going back to on/off cable modems sicken me, thanks.

Easy solution, go find out yourself if you don't trust the strength maps provided by Verizon. Nobody will do it for you....

Verizon probably has some sort of customer service where, if you don't have coverage as shown by the map, you can complain and get some free goodies/perks...? :)

use a different isp... i use sprint and verizon att.. root dervices

Best thing to do is go ahead and test the signal in the area before you move there. That is what I have always done before getting a new office or moving to a new house.

The thing is that service/signals change within the day or worse drop off when you're in a weak signal area without notice. I was out in the woods many a time just sitting making calls when this just happens.
