This 120 second delay drives me insane! I'm not sure how slow of readers most people are but most of the time I can respond to a thread, go to a new thread, and click submit for me new post with 45 seconds still remaining.

Same with PM's! That should be even shorter. When you have 5 pm's, you can answer each one within 30 seconds...
