Cant DL Ebay Stealth - error 00090
 

Hope this is ok in this forum didnt see anywhere for the problem but...

Ive had ebay stealth for almost one year now and I like to go back to re read things from time to time

Tried to download it again and smart screen filter gave me a warning that it was unsafe and wouldnt let me DL

I turned smartscreen off started the download and got an error something 00090 - it think those #s are right

Anyone else having this problem and any advice on how to fix or get around this
