| Not comparable. Canada and US are separate entities entirely (different sovereign states), while England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are not. And the flag isn't specifically for one of the nations... it's for the whole UK.
P.S.: You should be able to change to the Welsh national flag if you go to your User CP. |
