CloudFlare will often stop people who are trying to browse the forum using Tor or a proxy from being able to see any of the forum.

The end user is the problem, not the host.

Using multiple ISPs, I have had no issues with this forum.

Choose a better VPN and the issue will go away

You will pretty much always have the issue when using Tor

Overall cloudflare does a very solid job of making sites faster, use them on my own sites

Just use a paid VPN, I've never had an issue like that. CloudFlare is a pretty good thing, I use it on my websites.
