I mostly ship through UPS and I just created a UPS billing account, I created shipping labels through UPS and asked them to charge to my billing account. I was able to print the labels so when I go to drop them off at the UPS office, do they scan them and then the charges go on my billing account or do I have to pay right away. I'm confused.

That all depends of how your account was setup.
