referrals

What are referrals, how do you leave them and how do you know who has left them for you?

lol sorry for such a silly question. I cant figure it out haha

Referrals are people you have introduced to this forum. When they sign up they are asked to enter the username of the person that has referred them. You then receive a point for each person who enters your username whilst completing registration.

That is really really really odd seeing as I never would have told anyone who I have "referred" to the forum my user name.

It's a way for the forum to rank/reward users who refer members to the forum.

I don't really use it that much because there are better rankings such as Thanks, Post counts, etc.
