Which one do you invest in? Trying decide which to start with. I have researched investing forums and those are the 2 most popular methods to build passive income

I used both of those along with individual stocks. Looking at loans as well for interest back and venture capital investing

Index Funds if you want something super passive..

Real Estate if you want something risky but has a higher potential for reward
