applying for a patent in the uk
 
Hi, anyone knowledgable in the field of patents here?

i wanted to create a supplement line and patent it, in the UK and overseases, anyone know how much it costs?

I’m not too sure but i heard they can be expensive. Maybe you should get your product up and running first see how it goes then patent it after its going good.

You're wasting your time. The funds, research and legal safeguards for supplements mean that unless you've got a serious, very serious, amount of money you're never going to get a patent on a new formula.

TBH I doubt you even have a new formula. :juggle:

Trademark you can apply for, costs £170 for the name and logo.
