| | | philly387 | 04-13-2009 11:32 PM | Lol...outdated money? That is a little weird. Definitely never heard of that one. |
| DogFacedBoy | 08-09-2009 02:57 PM | I've heard of money laundering, but money drying?
Not uncommon at all for older people to stash cash. When my grandmother died, we went page by page through every book in the house, etc. |
| TigerLord | 08-17-2009 05:49 PM | This thread reads like a big april's fool tbfh... :boink: |

I would put the whole lot in the washing machine and boil it on a 90 degree wash.
It will all come out lovely and sparkling and ready for use. |
If not I will send you a FREE cd as an apology |
| jbluntz | 03-16-2010 08:33 AM | If you want I can give you an address to mail it to as a donation for charity purposes of course let me know and I'll send you the address, they would really appreciate it. |
I was just thinking about the best way to spend $45,000 and my conclusion is this:
1) Buy £44,970 worth of hard drugs
2) Buy a piece of high quality rope ($30)
3) Take the drugs
4) Rig up the rope and indulge in a long night of "Auto Erotic asphyxiation"
Best $45,000 I ever spent.
Safety warning. Be careful |
| jbluntz | 03-16-2010 08:03 PM | Or buy a Range Rover, pay the downpayment with cash and each monthly payment with cash. |
| splatman | 04-02-2010 12:54 AM | why am i wasting my time reading this thread, i should be out lookin in pipes |
| jbluntz | 04-02-2010 01:00 AM | Then you would just be waisting your time looking in pipes. Be better just to stay at home and smoke a pipe. |

| dupedagain | 06-08-2010 06:05 AM | Well at least i know now where all my luck went to...enjoy the cash! Just be smart with it...no banks, keep in safety deposit box, don't breath a word to anyone ..especially family (money only brings out the worst in loved ones...i have first hand experience after mom died and family went nuts over estate and now no one speaks to each other)..and keep purchases under IRS radar...and what the hell, it came to you free might as well give something back to those that really need help..women's shelter, sick children, etc..
enjoy!! |
| Ballsack | 06-17-2010 04:53 PM | A large chunk was sent into get repaired and only just under $11,000 was saved? I would have taken my chances spending the money. Man I wish I could find a huge amount like that. |

There's a reason people are ignoring you, its because nobody agrees with you.
He found money and he kept it. He found out who the OWNER was and he is dead. Therefore, the money has NO OWNER. I don't see anywhere on my money in my wallet where it says "In case of death of current owner, possession rights transfers to next of kin."
Nor do I believe this is in the law anywhere.
Tell you what, If I found $1,000,000 in cash somewhere, I'd keep it too. Granted I wouldn't go running my mouth, but I'd keep it in my safe instead of in some muddy old pipe. |
| smellybelly | 06-24-2011 10:39 AM | i would just leave that in a normal temp room for a week |
| NadiaLauren | 12-23-2011 11:37 PM | Cool thread, wish I found a stash too :D
Whethere it is a true story or not, it is still super entertaining!
To the folks that reckon they'd hand the money in etc etc, as if! who are you kidding? :P
As for me, I'm dreaming of ways to double that money or just enjoy it. I think I'd enjoy it,on a tropical island somewhere... aaahhhhhhh |
I once found $400 at a Laundry Mat, Finders Keepers! Lets keep this thread going haha. |
