Tax Question

So I just thought I'd ask.. the people here seem to be very intelligent.

I recently won some money, a significant amount, about $2500 total.

So I know I have to pay tax on this money and my question is how much of it should I withhold/set aside?

I had to fill out a W9 form upon winning the money, so there's not way I can just pretend I didn't win anything.

The money will be put towards my online ecommerce store I am starting, if that matters.
