I'm confused about sitemap.xml or sitemap.html, please suggest me which is better?

I believe the xml is preferred by google.

The HTML version is more for users.

Both are important - XML sitemap is created for a search engine, it helps search engines like Google, Bing to quickly index pages which you want to index. And Html sitemap for end-user, better readability for the user.
