ioffer and paypal connection
 

can there be a connection between ioffer and PayPal.?

i have 3 stealth PP accounts,
every account has is own user, IP, Name, Address

with 3 of them, there are issues in sending money / making payments to anyone

the regular PayPal errors
"try again later"
"contact merchant for a different method of payment"

PayPal representative repeats on the same thing - payments are flagged for an internal security system.
issues with merchant PayPal.


the only connection I can think of between the 3 PP's is IOFFER payments.

unlike eBay, the invoices do not include the product name

just something like this :
Payment from XXXX (IO-WTK5)

so I don't see a connection for PayPal to know where the payments came from and who is the ioffer seller.

but the only common is ioffer account between them
can somehow this cause the issue in those Paypal?

NO connection between ioffer & paypal ... sellers on ioffer accept paypal but they send to buyers invoices from their pp's accounts ..... you can link ioffer account only to amazon payment OR stripe ...
also paypal do not like ioffer as most sellers there sell COPY items ..
