how to autoblog

Ive read on a few posts that some of the forum members use auto-blogging to pull up articles automaticaly and publish them on their website. Im sure ive asked the question before but can not find the appropriate thread.

I was wondering if someone can advise how we can set up such a process and what affects will the duplicate contents have
