Bounce rate can affect SEO ranking?

Hello friends,

If online visitors simply visit one webpage and left the webpage, automatically increase bounce rate. It's not a good sign for any website. Is the bounce rate can affect SEO rank? How?

Yes sure it can, if the bounce rate is high google thinks that your site is not good and penalize it
