Syncing Multiple eBay Accounts to Shopify

I am working on a Shopify store to showcase some of the items that I am selling on eBay. I want to have multiple "collections" on shopify and have each one sync with a different eBay account. I would do this through a 3rd party preferably so that eBay doesn't see 2 accounts going directly to 1 Shopify.

Has anyone done this before, or even imported from eBay to Shopify in general?
