restricted selling

i been selling for over 2 years on amazon now amazon say i need approval to sell in certain category, other seller of same item removed so we suspect competitor is reporting us to amzon

if we sold in helath/beauty before why would i suddenly need approval from amazon, and when iemail them they keep sayin ineed to reapply
