Block competitors ad adsense

Can anyone tell me how to black competitors ad with adsense. I entered their website url in the filter but the are still showing up??????

I left the www out when I entered their URL, could that be why??

There should be the option with Google adsense... a filter of some sort. I never used it before, but I know you can block a site easily with it.
