Refund a buyer

I refund a buyer via PayPal, but in my dashboard, the item is still pending to take some actions like Mark as shipped etc. and leave feedback.
How to remove it there? I dont' want to click Mark as shipped or Mark as unpaid, because it wouldn't be true.

Paypal and eBay need some time to synchronize information,
If it is a direct eBay refund, it will be updated soon.

You should refund via Ebay,so you can get your FVF back.
now try to cancel this order on Ebay and see if you will get the fee back,use an excuse-buyer asked to cancel

This seems to be some kind of temporary problem with eBay at the moment.

I cancelled two items on different accounts and it took nearly 12 hours to complete.
