Getting back on Mercari?
 
I’ve been suspended using an android phone. Can I use the same phone if I do a factory reset and change it to a different number?

Need new IP, name, a user account on pc, address, bank. Don't trigger the SSN verification and you'll be fine. Mercari is pretty easy to run a stealth on.
