Mercari when banned on ebay

Can you sell on Mercari when banned on ebay? I figured i wont be able to use a paypal for buyers to pay, I would be using my bank acc that was on my suspended acc on ebay for buyers to pay.

You definitely can sell on Mercari if banned on eBay even under your legitimate details.

If your PayPal is not suspended then you can use it for Mercari even if the eBay associated with it is banned.

Yes, you certainly can. You don't even need PP which is a big plus.

Mercari pays out to a bank account, not Paypal.

Thats correct, they except PayPal from the buyer and pay you directly into your bank account.
