Hello,
I had a Facebook wholesale page. I sold $2,300 worth of boots to one lady. I shipped them but she keeps saying she didn’t receive them. I’m currently working with Usps because they had insurance on them. However, I closed my PayPal down in fear that they would refund her money from my account. Anyone have any similar issues if so what happened?

You requested your paypal account to be closed you mean?
Paypal needs to review account for it to be closed, you cannot close it yourself

Yes I request my PayPal account be closed but there was no open cases at that time

Not sure how great an idea it is to run away from your problems lol.

Does the tracking show that they were delivered or no?

I feel this is not the real story.

Are you scamming Paypal? The buyer? or UPS? because those are the only reasons to have such an action. Closing the paypal account definitely makes your situation much worse IF you are legit.

If tracking showed delivered and she signed for it... there's no case.

And you can't close your PP btw... even if you did you can't run from this.
