Godaddy has a sale where new customers can get an infinite number of domains for $1.99!! goooDaddy! Comes in handy because I was just about to buy some domains to park...

You have to buy something else first like hosting and then you'll receive the discount. They've been doing this for awhile.

I'm not sure about Yahoo. I mostly use Godaddy.

domainsite.com, 1and1.com, and namecheap.com IMO are the best. If you plan on reselling, Domainsite is the absolute easiest one to transfer names between accounts. Plus you can use Paypal.
