Got some unwanted 3M 9332+ FFP3 masks that bought a high price for employees, not needed now because of business close down temperarily. Ebay is banning the masks, how can I get rid of them?

no way to sell masks at the moment, I have seen listings of well established sellers getting purged.

You can try and sell them on Facebook to local customers.

facebook marketplace has limited them also as with instagram and Shopify websites.
2 sellers with 6 figure feedback are price gouging on uk ebay selling thousands per day at £9.50 -£10.99

Not in a financial position to donate for this sheer volume. especially when there is no revenue and have to keep staff paid.

Can of course donate 10 or 20%, they are N99 or FFP3 graded, really good for medical use

Jealous.... of them being opportunistic and profiting when the world is in crisis? Jealous isnt the word I would use. I could think of a few others.

Nothing wrong with making profit but there is a time and a place.

But start there? Post an ad in the newspaper?

Lets be honest. The people buying most of these, don't actually need them. It's profiting on ignorance, rather than crisis and need.

What you really mean is you bought 100s/1000s of them when all this first started hoping for a get rich quick off the sale of them. They were selling like hotcakes until ebay put a stop to it and now your stuck with them> ?

I never imagine this from a civilized country like Denmark.

Here in USA I would donate to local police/doctor so next time you need a favor they remember you.

never thought I had to defend myself on this subject. but anyway, here you get my explanation.

we are running a tourist business with 10 tour guide and 10 bus drivers. assuming each person needs 2 masks per day. 1000 could only last a few weeks. but after 1 week of putting them in use, we are told by govenment to stop operating

Donate masks are no difference than donating money to buy masks. Presenting yourself with a high moral standard, how about take my offer to purchase half of the quantity with the price I paid. THen I donote them ALL to doctors

You can't sell them locally in most jurisdictions, even if you are following price gouging statutes unless you want to sell below cost. I bought a few boxes on eBay at 5x markup to resell individually on eBay to make $5-$10. I got suspended and broke even. Tried to sell to others locally and got death threats on cragislist to make $2 per mask on accusations of price gouging. People I actually met up with were grateful, but they didn't want anything except 3M brand. They refused to buy other hardware brands on the presumption that 3M were medical-grade even though they were all n95 certified.

You can post some ads locally and get rid of them before your ads are flagged. Just make sure you ask if your customers have an essential need for them to avoid undercover agents busting you for gouging. This will mainly happen to someone meeting a lot of customers. Almost as bad as advertising drugs at this time.
