Issue with ecRat3r
 

Hello community,


I know many of here probably do not like ecrat3r but im having issue with them. For second time on different account im listing for sale. Getting sales, marking this as shipped and on the other day all transactions are refunded no matter what, no reason etc.

*no tracking given

I think its something wrong here, I even did my store " On vacation " and removed pay pal temporary to stop receiving orders. I asked on their forum but i do not think i will receive any reply. If someone had this issue or know more please let me know.:thumb:

Yes, i did that through pay pal, marked it as shipped, clicked on the second choice which is like digital good. Putted in the data/month/year, everything ok and it was successful. I dont think it causing this.

I like the site because of the traffic, but the " support " is so "poor".
