 Bonanza Booth Referrals (Zero Seller Fees for Direct Links to Your Booth)
This is the first in a series of posts I'll be making, highlighting different useful features in Bonanza (if members find it useful).
Note that Bonanza actually has a rather interesting feature in that if you append direct links to your booth or item listings with a referral tracking (available in your account), then you will pay 0% seller fees for any sales through that link. Bonanza would not be taking any portion of the sale. This option is located under Seller Dashboard>>Advertising>>Free Referral Traffic. If lazy, the referral tracking code for your particular account would be available under "https://www.bonanza.com/booths/free_referral_code/aspkinforummember" except with your username.
The code you'll receive will be as follows: "?fref=XXXXXXX"
So if your regular booth link is (i.e.) "https://www.bonanza.com/booths/aspkinforummember", then your zero seller fee version would be "https://www.bonanza.com/booths/aspkinforummember?fref=XXXXXXX". The same would apply to any direct links to particular items in your booth. You just need to append the referral tracking to those links. Once someone clicks through a link with the appropriate tracking, any purchases they make from your booth would be zero seller fees on your end unless they override the tracking (i.e. cashback websites, google shopping) before checking out.
I've known about and used this feature for years, but just wanted to share it with the forums. You also don't need to pay for any advertising or be a premium member or even have a webstore to utilize this referral feature. It works straight out of the gate.
