I am an electronic wholeseller that sells electronics both brand new and used. Although I am not apple certified am I allowed to sell brand new apple products on my new shopify site? Is it legal?

I am planning to sell BRAND NEW APPLE MACBOOKS on my new shopify website. Am i allowed to list these items are would that be copyright infringement?

Well if they are authentic and genuine Apple products it would not be any type of trademark or copyright infringement. But if they are brand new your source would have to be Apple so if you buy from them why wouldn't they allow you to sell them? Apple has direct distribution and there are no 3rd party wholesale distribution of brand new genuine Apple products.
