UK Account/another country bank for payouts
 

Hello,

Store owner is UK,but I want to attack my bank which is not UK country(im from EU tho).

Uk owner and me are friends,and he is exiting business,but I want to keep UK shopify accounts,because here I dont have shopify payment/skrill as payment processors.


Already messaged shopify for billing,that wont be problem,but im afraid to ask them for payouts to another EU country.

message for billing I recived from them:

You can certainly have a credit card/ PayPal account registered in another country for billing purposes and have your Shopify account set up to be in the UK. Keep in mind though, that all billing is in USD and the address you use for your Shopify store should be the address where you are running your business.

Hi sorry was just a bit unclear on what your asking so just to confirm

The shopify owner is UK you want to add your EU BANK to the ‘store’ and get paid out into your account but your worried that your bank and the billing do not match?

First thing is it should not be issue getting paid into a different account second thing is if your worried why not just get your UK friend ‘store owner’ to continue receiving payment and just transfer to you ?


*most payment processors I worked with never had issue with me putting any bank details sometimes they ask for confirmation that it’s me making the change etc but that’s about it
